Pesada Painting started in Waterloo in 1975. Fifty years later, we still run the same way: estimators on staff, project managers on staff, foremen who came up through the trade, crews with their own kit. We do not sub the work and we do not vanish after the deposit.
That is the whole pitch. The schedule we hand you is the schedule we hit. The finish on the wall is the finish in the spec. When something needs a change order, you hear about it the day we see it — not the week before billing.

- What kind of buildings does Pesada paint?
- Commercial, industrial, and institutional. That includes manufacturing plants, warehouses, office buildings, retail strips, hotels, parking garages, schools, hospitals, banks, and storage tanks. We handle new construction and full repaints.
- How big does the job have to be?
- Industrial work is the priority, and large jobs are our home turf — but we routinely take on smaller commercial repaints and tenant turnovers. There is no minimum we are afraid of.
- How fast can you give me a quote?
- We aim to walk the site within five business days of your call and email a written quote inside 48 hours of the walk. Larger or multi-building bids take longer.
- Do you work after-hours?
- Yes. Off-hours, weekend, and phased shutdown work is standard for retail, hospitality, hospital, and parking garage projects. We staff for it and price for it.
- Where do you work?
- We are based in Waterloo and travel across Southern Ontario — Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Hamilton, Mississauga, Oakville, London, Sarnia, Barrie, and points in between.
