The Story

Half a century of paint.

Pesada Painting opened in Waterloo in 1975. The first jobs were small commercial repaints — shops on King Street, an office building or two. The work expanded into manufacturing plants through the 1980s, into school boards and hospitals through the 1990s, and into new-construction packages with general contractors after that.

The model has not changed. The estimators are on staff. The project managers are on staff. The foremen came up through the trade. The crews work for us. We have the kit on the truck. When you hire Pesada, you hire Pesada — not a brokerage that will sub the job out for the cheapest bid.

Fifty years of repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals is the only marketing budget the company has ever needed. We would like the next fifty to run the same way.

Safety & Compliance

Insured, ticketed, paperwork in hand.

Every Pesada crew shows up with WSIB coverage, written safety plans, working-at-heights certification, and a foreman whose name is on the day-of paperwork. Larger industrial sites get a project-specific safety package before mobilisation.

For school-board, university, and hospital work we maintain the additional approvals, criminal-record checks, and infection-control protocols those sectors require. If a vendor package needs filling out, we have done it before.
